Baby Corn Manchurian
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Clean baby corn and cut it's top and bottom then cut in to pieces.
* Step 2
Boil water and add 2 t spn salt in it. Add chopped baby corn in it. And boil it for 5 minutes.
* Step 4
Add all-purpose flour and corn flour in baby corn.add crushed black pepper and little salt mix it. If that mixture looks powdery sprincle some water and mix it.
* Step 5
Heat oil and deep fry baby corns golden
* Step 6
Cut capsicum and onion in cubs
* Step 7
Take one kadhai or pan add oil in it. Keep gas stove on high flame.add sliced onion and capsicum in it. Stir it for 10 seconds, Add ginger garlic paste, green chillies in it stir it. add chopped green onion leaves.
* Step 8
Add all the sauces in it stir it on high flame. Add crushed black pepper as per your taste. Mix it add fried baby corn.mix it well
* Step 9
Serve hot baby corn manchurian.
