Aloo Halwa
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil potatoes. Let it cool if and peel potatoes.
* Step 3
Heat ghee in heavy bottom.
* Step 4
Add grated potatoes in ghee. Mix it well. And saute it.
* Step 5
Cook it till potatoes changes it colour and started removing ghee from sides (30-35 minutes on low flame) I stir occasionally and avoid to burn.
* Step 6
Add milk in it. Let it cook. stir it. Add sugar and cardamom powder in it. in it.mix it cook it. When sugar mix in halwa fully and starts leaving kadhai. Off the flame.
* Step 7
Delicious Aloo halwa is ready. This halwa is made on fast specially.
