Cheesy veggie open sandwich toast

Cooking instructions
* Step 2
Add curd in it. I mix it well and little water and make a medium batter. keep it for rest minimum 20 minutes
* Step 3
Cut all the veggies.you can take more veggies of your choice.
* Step 4
After 20 Minutes add veggies in batter.Grat cheese and add it as well. Add mixed herbs, chilli flakes and salt in it. Mix it well.
* Step 5
Take one bread slice spread batter on it.
* Step 6
Heat griddle then pour butter on it and set the bread on it. Cook it on low flame. Flip it then pour butter again and cook from the bottom side also.
* Step 7
Serve it hot. Idol for breakfast healty and heavy breakfast dish.
