Ingredient

1 cup

sago

1/4 tsp

Cumin seeds

As per taste

Rock salt

As per taste

Sugar

1 tbsp

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash and soak sago in water for 2-4 hours.

* Step 2

Heat ghee in the kadhai and add cumin seeds in it. Let it crackle.

* Step 3

Add chopped green chillies in it and saute it.

* Step 4

Add soaked sago and mix it well and salt, sugar and red chilli powder to it and mix it.

* Step 5

Add curd in it and mix it. Stir after 1-2 minutes. Again cover for 5 minutes.

* Step 6

Then add the grated coconut and serve it hot.
