Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash carrots then wipe with dry kitchen towel. Cut it's front side part. Peel it. And Grat it.

* Step 2

Heat ghee in heavy bottom pan or kadhai.

* Step 3

Add grated carrots in it. Saute it for 2-3 minutes

* Step 4

Add milk in it. Low the flame and let it cook. Stir in between.

* Step 5

When milk absorbed fully add sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits in it.

* Step 6

Cook it till sugar melts and mix it nicely. Off the flame and serve it hot garnishing with nuts.
