Very delicious halwa.. Specially made on satyanarayan vrat...
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take one cup semolina,seive it and clean it properly.
* Step 2
Heat ghee in kadhai, add semolina in it and roast it continuously.
* Step 3
Roast it till it's become golden brown and starts fragrant.
* Step 4
Add hot milk or water in it carefully. Stir constantly to avoid lumps in it.
* Step 5
When it becomes dry and granuals become soft add sugar in it mix it well.
* Step 6
When sugar absorb add cardamom pwder saffron strands and chopped dry fruits
* Step 7
Mix it well now cover this with banana slices and off the flame and put lid on kadhai. Let it cook on steam.
* Step 8
Now remove the lid and mix it well and serve it.
