Aate Ka Halwa
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat ghee in kadhai add wheat flour in it and stir it continuesly till it becomes aromatic and colour changes to golden brown.
* Step 2
Add almond slices and dry ginger powder in it and again stir it for 2-3 minutes.
* Step 3
Add carefully 3 cups hot water in it and cook it by stirring.
* Step 4
When it becomes thick then add Jaggery in it and mix it well.
* Step 6
Serve hot.Very delicious and healthy halwa.
