Baby corn pakoda

Ingredient

250 gms

Baby corn

2 tbspn(optional)

Gram flour

1 pinch

Baking soda

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Rinse baby corns and dry with. Clean kitchen towel. Cut in to long pieces.

* Step 2

Sprinkle salt on it(or you can boil it in salted water for 2-3mins.) keep it a side.

* Step 3

In a deep bowl add corn flour, all purpose flour, gram flour, Salt, black pepper, green chilli paste and baking soda mix all ingredients well and make a batter (little thicker)

* Step 4

Heat oil in pan.Deep the baby corn in the batter and deep fry in low to medium flame so what baby corns cook perfectly.

* Step 5

Serve it with ketchup or chutany.
