Fried khasta biscuit 🍪

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First for sugar syrup add sugar and 1 cup water in a pan and bring it to boil for 2 minutes then cool down completely.
* Step 2
Now in a mixing bowl add all purpose flour and salt mix it then add ghee and mix it by rubbing the flour in palm this process is called moin. This step is very important so our biscuit is khasta from inside.
* Step 3
Now by adding sugar syrup knead to make little stiff dough, at last add cardamom powder and coconut paste and again knead it for 2 minutes.
* Step 4
Now cut it in biscuit shape as you want.
* Step 5
Heat the oil in Kadhai or pan.
* Step 6
Fry the biscuit on low to medium heat till golden brown in colour and remove to a kitchen towel.
* Step 7
Let it cool down and store in air tight container.
