Instant shahi tukda with cake rusk

Ingredient

as needed

Oil for frying

1 1/2 cup

sugar

1 cup

water

1/2 tsp

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First in a pan add sugar and water and place it on heat and bring it to boil till sugar dissolves.

* Step 2

Boil it for 7-9 minutes till the syrup becomes sticky. Add yellow food colour. (do not form any strand). After that switch off the flame.

* Step 3

Now heat up a pan with oil fry the cake rusk from both sides.

* Step 4

Soak all the fried rusk in the sugar syrup for 1 hour. After remove from it.

Our instant and delicious shahi tukda is ready. Serve with Rabri.
