Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First in a pressure add paya pieces then add 4 cups water, salt and all the whole spices except cumin seeds, mix it and cook for 45 minutes or till it’s tender. Then keep aside.
* Step 2
After that heat up a pan with oil add cumin seeds sauté it then add onion paste fry for 2 minutes then add ginger garlic paste fry for a minute.
* Step 3
NOw add all the powdered masala and mix it well. Fry the masalas well.
* Step 4
Now add the boiled paya pieces with all the water and mix it.
* Step 5
Cook it on medium heat for 10 minutes till all the flavours are combined together.
* Step 6
After that add coriander leaves and chopped green chilli and switch off the flame.
* Step 7
Our delicious paya are ready. Garnish with coriander leaves and chopped green chilli.
