Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First for marination take chicken pieces in a mixing bowl add turmeric powder and salt and mix it well and keep aside for 1 hour.
* Step 2
Now heat up a pan with oil add all the whole spices sauté it then add onion paste and fry for 5-6 minutes on high flame then add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute now add tomato paste and all the listed spices and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
* Step 3
Meanwhile heat up a pan with oil and fry the chicken pieces and keep aside.
* Step 4
After 10 minutes add curd and milk mix it and cook for 5 minutes till oil separates.
* Step 5
Meanwhile place a charcoal on gas stove.
* Step 6
Now add chicken pieces mix it and cook for 3 minutes then add little water to adjust the consistency and cook for 2 minutes and at last add fresh cream and Kasturi methi mix it and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat and switch off the flame.
* Step 7
Now in the centre place a small bowl and put the burnt charcoal and pour 1 tsp ghee and quickly cover the lid and leave for 5-6 minutes then remove it and serve.
