Aam panna
This is summer drink, made with raw mangoes. The taste is super awesome and also refreshing. #RamadanSpecial
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel off the mangoes and wash them.
* Step 2
In a pressure cooker add 2 cups of water and add the mangoes and cook for 2 whistle on high flame and 10 minutes on low flame.
* Step 3
After 10 minutes turn off the flame and remove the mangoes from cooker and keep it aside to cool down.
* Step 4
Now in a large bowl add 1 cup water and remove the mango pulp in it and grind it with hands.
* Step 5
Mix it nicely. Now add sugar, a pinch of salt and mix it till dissolved.
* Step 6
Now add roasted cumin powder and add 4 glass cold water in it and mix it well. (you can put it in refrigerator for 3-4 hours to chilled it).
* Step 7
Now our Aam panna is ready.
