Dried fruits drink

This is very healthy drink. This drink is only made by dried fruits. #RamadanSpecial

Ingredient

2 cups

milk

1/2 cup

sugar

2-3

cloves

2 tbsps

makhana

2-3

nuts

1 tbsp

khas khas

1 tbsp

melon seed

3-4 inches

coconut

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First grind all the dried fruits to a smooth fine paste.

* Step 2

Now heat up a pan with refined oil or desi ghee.

* Step 3

Add green cardamom and cloves fry for 6-7 seconds.

* Step 4

Now add dried fruits paste in it and add little water to it and mix it nicely.

* Step 5

Cook for 1 minute on low flame.

* Step 6

Add sugar and mix it.

* Step 7

After that add milk, mix it and stir continuously.

* Step 8

Cook for only 1 minute and turn off the flame (do not boil it).
