Veg pasta
Today I made this yummy veg pasta for my hubby. I made it in very simple way, it is easy and quick recipe. #RamadanSpecial
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In pan boil 4 cup of water add pasta, salt and 1 tsp oil in it. Cook it for 2-3 minutes until it’s done.
* Step 2
When the pasta is cooked, drain it and keep it aside.
* Step 3
Now heat a pan add 2 tbsps oil, add ginger garlic paste and saute for few second now add green chilli and onion. Fry onion for 1 minute.
* Step 4
Now add capsicum and tomato and sauté it.
* Step 5
After that add the pasta masala, turmeric powder and salt and mix it nicely. Cook it on medium flame for few second.
* Step 6
Now add the boiled pasta and mix it well.
* Step 7
After mixing add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, and soya sauce and mix it.
* Step 8
At last add coriander leaves. Our veg pasta is ready to serve.
