Ingredient

besan

5 Tsp

ghee

1/2 bowl

sugar

Oil for frying

Few strands

Saffron

Chopped dry fruits

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For chashni take a pan and add 1 and 1/2 bowl sugar and 1 bowl water, stir it sugar dissolves and also add saffron in the chashni.

* Step 2

Take a mixing bowl add besan, suji and 4 tsp ghee and water. Make a dough and let it rest for 5 mins.

* Step 3

Now take some portion of it and make a oval and make all out of the whole dough and fry them in oil.

* Step 4

Let it cool and grind it in grinder. Take a pan add 1 tsp ghee and fry the dry fruits into it.

* Step 5

Now mix chashni dry fruits and the grinded material. Mix properly and make laddus out of it and serve it.
