Vanilla custard

This custard recipe is really very delicious and easy to make. #Ramadanspecial

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First of all, take a bowl pour 6-7 tablespoons of milk into it add custard powder, mix nicely and keep it aside.

* Step 2

Now take a pan and pour all the remaining milk in it.

* Step 3

Now turn on the flame and bring it to boil. When the milk brings to boil add sugar in it.

* Step 4

After the milk boiled and the sugar dissolves in it add the custard powder mixture slowly and stir it well.

* Step 5

Turn the flame in low to medium and stir it nicely and very fast therefore there is no lumps in it.

* Step 6

The milk began to thicken now turn off the flame at the required consistency.

* Step 7

Now pour the custard in bowls and garnish with some chopped almonds, pistachios and cashews and some raisins.

* Step 8

Now put it into refrigerator for 1-2 hours to set.

* Step 9

Now our yummy vanilla custard is ready, serve it cold and enjoy.
