Ingredient

1 bowl

maida

to taste

Salt

2 Tbsp

soya sauce

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Some water removed from grated potatoes,add in it maida,salt,chilli powder and make a dough. From this dough make small bolls,fry them on low medium flame.

* Step 2

Take a kadahi add some oil add garlic,onion,capsicum and saute for 1 min.. Now add salt, chilli powder,soya sauce,tomato sauce,some water and maida. Mix it well and then add fried bolls,mix it well and then off the flame and serve it.
