Ingredient

1/2 kg

tori

1 tsp

ghee

to taste

Salt

1 teaspoon

turmeric powder

1 teaspoon

red chilli powder

1/2 tsp

Cumin seeds

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take a woke, add ghee, heat it and add cumin seeds then add chopped green chilli and tomatoes. Saute it.

* Step 2

Then add tori and all dry masalas and covered it,slow the flame.

* Step 3

After 10 or 15 min. it will be cooked and serve it with chapati.
