Ingredient

1/2 bowl

Peas

1 tbsp

Ghee

to taste

Salt

1 teaspoon

Cumin seeds

1 teaspoon

Red chilli powder

1 teaspoon

Garam masala

2 glasses

Water

2-3 drops

lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First put pressure cooker on flame, add ghee and then add cumin seeds,also add chopped veggies.

* Step 2

Add all the dry masalas and lemon juice in it. After that add soaked rice with water and get the lid of cooker closed.

* Step 3

After 1 whistle switch off the flame and when steam goes off take out the lid and serve it hot.
