* Step 1
Let me show you the basic ingredients here

Dethaw the frozen chunks of spinach and add green chillies shredded.
* Step 4
Add curd,salt, all above mentioned spices into it and grind it into a fine paste.Add vegetable oil too.
* Step 5
Take multigrain flour in a container and add this paste into it. Mix it thoroughly. Now add eno sachet, which is primarily a baking soda only.
* Step 6
Meanwhile grease a loaf tin. Pour this entire mixture in this tin.Also add pre-Roasted peanuts into it. Sprinkle sesame seeds too..Place it in a preheated OTG at 175 degree Celsius for 20 minutes.
* Step 7
Take out the loaf cake by checking with tooth pick test. If it comes out clean, that means your cake is ready. Demould it.
* Step 8
Now take few frozen chunks of spinach dethaw it and add olive oil and preboiled brown chickpeas, salt, red chilly powder and mix all the ingredients thoroughly. Enjoy my spicy loaf spinach peanut cheesy cake with this dip.
