Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Cut florets of brocolli..wash it and keep it aside.
* Step 2
Make a chickpea flour batter..by adding aforementioned spices..and water
* Step 3
Heat vegetable oil in a wok.Add florets one by one on a medium flame.
* Step 4
Fry them till golden brown.
* Step 5
Enjoy the fritters with sauce or yoghurt dip
