* Step 1

Wash ur rice and set it aside,Ground your red bell pepper and scotch bonnet

* Step 2

Pour oil in the pot and set it on fire add onions and fry for 2 minutes add ur ground pepper add ur seasoning and water Allow the water to boil and pour in ur washed rice allow it to cooked complete but before then dice ur onion and pour it into the rice for amazing aroma.. And ur jallop rice is ready to serve
