Special dryfruit chikki

Jaggery

1 tbsp

Cashew

1 tbsp

Almonds

1 tbsp

Pistachio

1 tbsp

Raisins

2 tsp

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat jaggery in a pan

Chop dryfruits finely

Add ghee in melted jaggery then add chopped nuts

Cook for few minutes

Stir continuously till it appears to be set

Grease a sheet and immediately place chikki over it and smoothen it, delicious chikki ready to be served
