Ingredient

2 cups

idli batter

2 cubes

Cheese

to taste

Salt

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Grease sandwich maker(Gas one) with butter or ghee

* Step 2

Heat oil in a kadai put cumin seeds,add turmeric powder,red chilli powder salt and mashed potato

* Step 3

Now put a ladle full of batter in a side of sandwich maker

* Step 4

Put mashed potatoes mix in it

* Step 5

Again cover it with a layer of batter

* Step 6

Close the sandwich maker and prepare sandwich

* Step 7

Grate cheese over it and enjoy with sause
