Ingredient

Onion paste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil potato mash it.

* Step 2

Add cornflour in it

* Step 3

Add salt in it

* Step 4

Make balls of it make a hole in it add malai add chopped nuts the kofta is ready.

* Step 5

Fry in hot oil till golden brown

* Step 6

Heat oil crackle cumin seeds

* Step 7

Add onion paste saute it

* Step 8

Add ginger garlic paste saute

* Step 9

Add tomato paste and saute it

* Step 10

Add cashew paste and saute.add spices and salt

* Step 11

Add water in it

* Step 12

Let it boil nicely

* Step 13

Now add kofta in it

* Step 14

Garnish with coriander leaves and malai
