Besan

11/2 kg

Boora sugar

1/2 kg

Ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat ghee

* Step 2

Roast besan in high flame for few minutes

* Step 3

Then in medium flame for 20-30 minutes till it is roasted nicely and a nice aroma spreads

* Step 4

Keep it aside. add boora sugar in it.

* Step 5

Make delicious laddoos with hands
