Chaina balls dipped in rabri

Vinegar

Sugar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil cow milk and add vinegar let it boil so that chaina can be made from it

* Step 2

Tie it in muslin cloth for few minutes

* Step 3

Mash the chaina nicely

* Step 4

Make small size balls

* Step 5

Boil sugar and water to make a syrup

* Step 6

Add the balls in it it's size will increase.let it cool.

* Step 7

Boil milk in another pan

* Step 8

Boil nicely with continuously stirring so that it becomes thickened up

* Step 9

Rabri is prepared like this

* Step 10

Add dryfruits of your choice (I have used raisins)

* Step 11

When chaina balls get cooked dip in rabri

* Step 12

Enjoy chaina balls dipped in rabri
