Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Heat a pressure cooker

* Step 2

Pour ghee add onions statue till turns colour

* Step 3

Then add ginger garlic paste fry well

* Step 4

Then add carrot, potato,tomato,beans fry well

* Step 5

Then add masala powders all

* Step 6

Add coriander,add washed drained rice, salt,lemon juice mix well

* Step 7

Pour water allow to get 3vissels

* Step 8

Then take out serve rice by using cylindrical mould sprinkle coriander ready to serve
