Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take a bowl put dals in a bowl,pour water soak 2hours then strain water transfer into blender make fine paste
* Step 2
For tempering:heat a cadai pour oil add cumin,mustard seeds,t hen put Ginger,onion,chilli pieces fri well once it's soften,then into dall paste add coriander salt mix up well
* Step 3
Transfer into butter greased bake mould,garnish coriander leaves it should be bake 180degree@20mins
* Step 4
Place baked handvi into serving plate garnish with fried onion tempering coriander,tomato sause on top serve with mint coriander chutney
