Chinese mashed aloo with stew

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take fresh potatoes, peel it then cut pieces and boil it until potatoes turn soft.
* Step 2
Then take a fork turn back press potatoes.
* Step 3
Add salt and butter on to it mash nicely.
* Step 4
Take mashed potatoes make as mountain-like.
* Step 5
For stew-Heat a Kadhai pour butter, then add sesame seeds
* Step 6
Add,chilli pieces, then add veggies keep saute once it softens then pour cornstarch melted water.
* Step 7
Add soy sauce, salt, pepper and salt on it mix well.
* Step 8
Pour cornstarch water pour water as required keep for boil.
* Step 9
Add Tomato sauce on it keep boil stew thick and creamy texture kind.
* Step 10
Finally add chopped parsley on it mix up well.
* Step 11
Take a serving plate garnish with tomato flower and leaves
* Step 12
Place mountain mashed aloo pour stew on top of it
* Step 13
Stew should cover the potato fully. Garnish with sesame seeds
* Step 14
Ready to serve Chinese smashed aloo stew.
