Mediterranean Capsicum Salad

A very refreshing and quick salad inspired from our recent trip to Israel. Very crunchy and fresh! Great to pair with a baked fish or meat dish.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Slice capsicums and onions thinly. Place cut vegetables in a ziplock bag.

* Step 2

Add salt and mix well. Then add in sliced green olives, olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper. Done!!
