Steak & Bean Salad

Try a twist on the classic salad with sirloin steak in place of tuna for a filling and balanced midweek meal that take just 30 minutes to make

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Toss the garbanzo beans, onion, tomatoes and parsley in an salad bowl

* Step 2

Season steak generously with salt and pepper. Preheat a grill pan on high heat. Grill the steak until cooked to your liking, 5-10minutes for medium rare. Set aside. Slightly roast the green beans.

* Step 3

Whisk the yogurt with the chili paste in a small bowl. Slice the steak and add to the salad bowl. Drizzle with the yogurt mixture, toss gently and serve.
