Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and saute till it changes colour.
* Step 2
Add onion, green chilli and saute them on medium heat until onion gets light pink colour.
* Step 3
Add ginger-garlic paste, asafoetida, turmeric, red chilli powder, garam masala, black chickpea, tomato, chopped coriander, salt, mix well and turn off the gas.
