Basundi bread katori

Shilpa Wani #milk (in appam pan)

Ingredient

1/2 cup

sugar

as needed

Bread slice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a large thick bottomed pan boil milk Stirring occasionally

* Step 2

Stir well making sure milk dosen't stick to the bottom

* Step 3

Boil the milk on low flame for till milk reduces...keep stirring in between to avoid sticking till the milk reduces to quarter. Now add sugar, cardamon and nutmeg powder and mix well. Boil for another 5 minutes or till the milk thickens completely

For bread katori....trim the edges of the bread begin to roll them with a rolling stick to flatten them...fllatten to a thin sheet

* Step 5

Preheat an appe pan and greaes with ghee. In mould press the bread sheet with help of spoon and bake katori till golden brown for both sides on low flame...look at the pic's

* Step 6

Take out the rosted katories in a plate and fill them with basundi and garnish with dry fruits

Tip...if u want to deep katori in sugar syrup then deep it
