Ingredient

500 ltr

Milk

1 cup

sugar

1/2 tsp

spinch juice

11/2 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil milk and when it starts to bubble switch off the gass

* Step 2

After 5 mins add vinegar and make paneer from it

* Step 3

Wash the paneer properly to avoid.the sour test of vinegar

* Step 4

Put the paneer in a maslin cloth and hang it for 15 mins don't make the paneer too much dry

* Step 5

After that add spinch juice with paneer and make round shape

* Step 6

Boil 11/2 cup water and 1 cup sugar, cardamon let the syrup boil and rasgullas one after another gently

* Step 7

Boil it in high flame for 10 mins with lid switch off the gass and serve it cool
