Sabudana Khichdi
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Firstly soak the sabudana for 2 hours.cut the potato in Julians.afterthat heat the ghee in a wok.and shallow fry groundnut and cashews in low flame.takeout in a plate.now dip fry the potato slices in same ghee.
* Step 2
After that add salt,black pepper,lemon juice,green chilli and sugar in sabudana.mix it well.now add groundnut and cashews also.
* Step 3
Now heat same wok and splutter cumin seeds.after that add sabudana mixture.and cook it for 5 minutes on low flame with the lid.serve it with chutney,curd or salted lassi.
