Leftover Gajar halwa spring rolls

Ingredient

2 cup

flour

1 tsp

salt

1/4 cup

oil for

As required

Water

1 cup

sugar

1 cup

water

3-4 drops

rose essence

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add salt to all purpose flour. Then add moyan.Knead dough using warm water.

* Step 2

Now take small ball and roll thin like roti. Cut it into rectangular shape. Fill halwa in it like we do in spring roll.

* Step 3

Dip rolls and fry medium flame. Layer of rolls should not be thick otherwise it will be raw from inside.

* Step 4

Now cut rolls from middle. Spread sugar syrup and serve.

* Step 5

For sugar syrup:cook sugar, water and kesar thread till it become one thread syrup. Now turn off gas and add rose essence.
