Gawarphali or aloo ki sabji

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Soak the dry gawarphali in water for whole night.

* Step 2

Put the gawarphali in a pressure cookervand wait for 2 whistles.

* Step 3

Strain the fail through a sieve and keep the water aside.

* Step 4

Heat oil in a kadhai add cumin seeds,hing and sabut red chilli in it.

* Step 5

Add the masala chopped potatoes and fry for 10 minutes and add boiled and chopped gawarphali mix it.

* Step 6

Cook for 10 mintues and sabji is ready to serve it.
