Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cut pumpkin into round piceses without the skin.

* Step 2

Add gram flour,red chilli powder,turmeric powder and salt,hing in a mixing bowl.

* Step 3

Add enough water and make a better.

* Step 4

Sprinkle some salt on pumpkin pieces.

* Step 5

Dip in gram flour batter.

* Step 6

Heat oil in a pan add pumpkin pieces and deep fryed till golden in colour.

* Step 7

Pumpkin Fritters is ready to serve it.
