Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash and peel the karelas.
* Step 2
Now make a vertical cut on a side and remove all the seeds.
* Step 4
In a bowl mix ginger and garlic paste,crushed peanuts and all dry masalas.Add 2tsp water.Mix it well.Now stuffing is ready.
* Step 5
Stuff this inside the karela generously..
* Step 6
In a pan3to 4tsp oil and add stuffed karela.
* Step 7
Cover it and cook for10 min low flame.Karela sabji is ready for serve.
