Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Firstly take a big bowl add rava in it add salt and red chilli powder mix it now add curd and little water in it leave it for 10 minutes now add eno in it mix well

* Step 2

Now take a idli stand grece it add rava batter in it take a cooker add little water and put stand in it cover it with a dish cook it for 5 minutes check it with a fork and transfer it in a dish

* Step 3

Idli is ready to serve serve it with tomato sauce or sambar dal
