Crazyyyy fritters
Whether you are looking for a filling snacks, quick fix lunch , healthier version of left over veggies or any evening munch on snacks with tea, these crazy fritters will blow your mind.
Ingredient

Serves 3-4 people
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash spinach, cabbage and chop them finely.
* Step 2
Grate some processed cheese and paneer.
* Step 4
In a bowl take finely chopped spinach, cabbage, onions. Finely grated cheese, paneer and mix them well.
* Step 5
To it add besan, corn starch, schezwan chutney. Mix it well.
* Step 6
Add salt to taste, black pepper, and cooked rice.
* Step 8
Heat oil in a pan or kadhai and heat it on medium heat.
* Step 9
Once the oil get ready, start frying the fritters till golden brown
* Step 10
Serve these cheesy fritter with ketchup or chilli sauce.
