Dhani delight

Jowar ki dhani ya phulli is very light and healthy Perfect summer afternoon snack for your chhoti chhoti bhuk

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash the phulli thouroughly in a big container as it contains sand

* Step 2

Soak it for say 10 mins and drain in a strainer

* Step 3

Take a pan or kadhai and put some two spoonful oil in it.

* Step 4

Put mustard seeds and jeera and let them crackle

* Step 5

Add haldi powder and soaked peanuts and daaliya green chillies

* Step 6

Saute for two mins

* Step 7

Now add the phulli salt sugar tomatoes lemon juice and mix it well and cover with a lid for a minute

* Step 8

Garnish with coriander

* Step 9

And serve it along with dahi (yoghurt or curd). Optional

* Step 10

Perfect snack to have in summer afternoon
