Smoked Rajma

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Boil the rajma till extreme.
* Step 2
Then remove it from the flame.
* Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan.add cumin seeds,let it crackle.
* Step 4
Add ginger, garlic paste,stir it.
* Step 6
Add dry spices, sprinkle 2 tbsp water.mix all spices very well.
* Step 7
Then add tomato puree.cook it 2 mins..
* Step 8
Now add boiled rajma with it's water.mix it well.Mix some water if needed,.
* Step 9
Which consistency of thickness you want,you can add water.
* Step 12
Now remove it from the flame.
* Step 13
Burn a peice of coal,let it hot, after that put it in small bowl keep it on the cooked rajma,add 1 tsp dessi ghee,& a clove lid it for 2 mins.
* Step 14
Then remove the coal,& keep it a side.
* Step 15
Now smoked rajma is ready to serve.enjoy this recipe.
