Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a bowl put maida,salt,oil,mix it.add water knead it soft.
* Step 2
Keep it a side for 10 miniutes.
* Step 3
Now take a Heat pan add 1 Tsp oil,let it hot.add garlic saute it.
* Step 4
Add all chopped veggies stir it.
* Step 5
Add all spices,sauce.mix it.
* Step 6
Add paneer, veniger, cornflour.mix it well.add salt.keep it a side.
* Step 8
Make small balls from this.roll it medium with the help of rolling pin,like a puri.
* Step 9
Fill prepared mixture in this puri.mold it like a momo.we can make different shape from this dough.
* Step 10
Fill all Puris like this.
* Step 11
Now steam it in a Momo's steamer for 10 to 15 miniutes.
* Step 12
Then after steaming remove it from the flame.keep it a side.
* Step 13
Take a pan add 1 Tsp oil, let it hot.
* Step 14
Add garlic,saute it,add soya sauce, tomato sauce, chilli powder, Capsicum, veniger,let it boil 1 miniute.
* Step 15
Add Momo's in this greavy mix it well.
