Dry Chilli chicken

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

20 miniutes
4 Tsp +2 tsp extra

cornflour

1 Tsp

veniger

To taste

Salt

as needed

Oil for frying

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Wash & wipe the chicken.keep it in a plate or bowl.

* Step 2

Add cornflor,1/2 Tsp soya sauce,salt,1/2 garlic paste.

* Step 3

Spread it on the chicken.

* Step 4

In a Heat pan add oil let it hot.

* Step 5

Put chicken pieces & Fry till crispy.

* Step 6

Remove it from the flame.

* Step 7

Take another pan,add 2 Tsp oil,let it hot.

* Step 8

Add garlic,saute it.add onion & Capsicum saute it.

* Step 9

Now add sauce, veniger, chilli flax,salt,mix it.add 1/2 cup of water.

* Step 10

In a small bowl add 2 Tsp cornflour,add 4 tsp water.mix it very well.pour it into the boiling mixtures.let it boil 1 miniute.

* Step 11

Add fried chicken pieces, sprinkle origeno it.

* Step 12

Let it some dry.

* Step 13

Serve it hot - hot in a bowl.

* Step 14

It can be take like a snacks,or side dish.
