Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soaked the small millets for 10 miniutes.
* Step 2
Take a Heat pressure pan pour oil,let it hot.it is a choice that we can saute veggies in a pan & spices,& full recipe cook in a pressure pan.we used both methods here.
* Step 3
Add çumin seeds, cracle it.
* Step 4
Add ginger,Green chilli,saute it.add onion pink it.
* Step 5
Add turmeric powder,chilli flacky,sprinkle water.
* Step 6
Add tomato, cook it 1 miniute.add add chopped veggies,Fry it.
* Step 7
Now add cardomam,curd mix it very well.
* Step 8
Add millet Fry it 2 miniutes.add salt,&1\1\2 cup water.
* Step 9
Lid it.cook it 8 miniutes.
* Step 10
Remove it from the flame.keep it a side for rest.
* Step 11
Open the lid.serve it in a plate.sprinkle lime juice in it.
* Step 12
Garnish it with coriander leaves.
* Step 13
Serve it hot_ hot with spicy curd & Onion rings.
* Step 14
This is a superfood.good for health.
