Rava (semolina) ke ladoo

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pan put butter heat it.

* Step 2

Add rava,Roast it in the slow flame.

* Step 3

Roast it till golden brown.keep it a side.

* Step 4

Now another pan Roast khoya golden colour.

* Step 5

Add sugar mix it very well till sugar dissolve.

* Step 6

Add roasted rawa,mix it very well.

* Step 7

Add cardomam,mix it..

* Step 8

Now remove it from the flame.

* Step 9

Put some mixture in the palm.roll it tightly with the help of palm & fingers.

* Step 10

Make all laddoos quickly.

* Step 11

Mixture should be warm during this process.

* Step 12

It is homemade sweets,we can add some dryfruits also.
