Khichadi with toor dal & curd

Ingredient

100 gm

rice washed

1 cup

curd

1 pinch

cumin

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a pressure cooker put roasted Dal, & washed rice.

* Step 2

Add turmric powder,salt,ginger powder.

* Step 3

Add 2 glass of water,& lid it.

* Step 4

Put it in the flame.after 2 whistle remove it from the flame.

* Step 5

Open it after 5 miniutes.mix it very well,add curd in it & mix again.

* Step 6

Put it again on the flame for 2 miniutes.

* Step 7

Now take it out from the flame.

* Step 8

Take a small tempring pan Heat it.put ghee,let it hot.add çumin cracle it.add all tempring things & Roast it.

* Step 9

Pour it on cooked khichadi.

* Step 10

Serve it in a serving bowl.garnish it with ginger julian.

* Step 11

It is tasty & healthy dish for any age group.
